About Your Florida Transaction Coordinator

Your Florida Transaction Coordinator was created as a natural extension of my real estate career—built by someone who truly understands the moving parts behind a smooth transaction.
I’ve been licensed in Florida real estate since November 2012 and earned my Broker License in 2017, so I know firsthand the pressure agents face to keep deals organized, compliant, and on track. Along the way, I expanded my expertise even further by obtaining my Florida Home Inspector License in 2021 (after having been in the roofing and construction industry since 1985) and my Community Association Manager (CAM) License in 2025.
I’m also a commissioned Notary Public since 2009 and a certified NNA Signing Agent, with early experience in the mortgage industry through 2010—which means I understand contracts, timelines, lending, and the details that can make or break a closing.
In short, I’m licensed across multiple aspects of the real estate industry because I believe great agents deserve transaction support from someone who gets it. I thrive on professionalism, attention to detail, clear communication, and delivering high-quality service—so you can focus on your clients while I keep the transaction running smoothly behind the scenes.
